Havana again turns the farm-to-table concept on its head by again taking its tables to the farm. On Monday, Sept. 7, the popular Bar Harbor restaurant will pick up stakes and move to Manadala Farm in Gouldsboro, to prepare a four-course dinner crafted from farm-grown ingredients. The $50 per person price includes fine wine and cocktails, but not tax or gratuities. Transportation will be available from Havana. Seating is limited; reservations are required.
And looking ahead, Havana’s 3rd annual Producer’s Dinner is slated for Oct. 14.
