More on Ireland later, but wanted to give those who were wondering whether I was neglecting the Maine juice a quick update. According to Portland Food Map, some new, intriguing restaurants are either opening or about to open in Portland over the next few weeks.
It appears the Salt Exchange on Commercial Street is opening today, Friday. Also slated to open soon are Grace, Luna Rossa, and in August, Figa. You’ll find links to more info on each on the PFM site (a great resource, by the way).
